This project against unwanted loneliness of the Neighborhood Plan has begun with the creation of an interdisciplinary and interdepartmental community table, made up of all the agents who can intervene and who are part of the public services, in each of the territories where implants:
A diagnosis will be carried out in each territory to detect the needs and develop a program of concrete actions adapted to these needs, as well as the interests and demands of the group of people it will serve.
This territorial community table will be complemented by the figure of a technician in each neighborhood who will be in charge of promoting the different specific actions and activities with the elderly people with whom we will work.
This project is part of the deployment of the municipal Strategy against loneliness 2020-2030 and, specifically, in the Action Plan 2020-2024.
