The first Brabus motorcycle was presented in February 2022 and now, after two special editions of the Brabus 1300 R, the latest evolution arrives, also strictly limited, to crown this exclusive series. The exciting Masterpiece Edition is based on the KTM 1290 Super Duke R Evo, whose production is coming to an end.

The Austrian naked once again serves as a platform for this very special model, which is presented in two series of 25 units each: one in “Onyx Black” and the other in “Diamond White”. Both feature details and elements finished in “Frozen Gold” as well as an even more expanded carbon package.

Brabus, a prestigious tuner specialized in enhancing the performance of the most radical models from manufacturers such as Mercedes or Smart, has given special relevance in this case to the design section, which denotes the always spectacular aesthetic and visual philosophy typically Brabus.

The exciting front with its round LED headlight is unmistakable. The look is framed by an exposed carbon visor and combines classic motorcycle design with modern features, such as side fairings with integrated racing-inspired fins. Like various parts of the front fender, they are also made of this high-tech composite material that is one of the hallmarks of Brabus.

In addition to the fins, there are other carefully placed golden elements. In this sense, the striking high-tech BRABUS Monoblock Z forged wheels with polished sections, the decorative rings around the two silencers of the Brabus sports exhaust system, the "1 in 25" emblem on the tank, as well as the Masterpiece badge stand out. Edition on the seat, which distinguishes them as limited edition pieces.

Compared to the previous limited editions, the new one features an even more complete carbon package. Includes covers for the single-sided swingarm and triangular frame sections under the tank and seat, as well as a cover for the top of the alternator.

Both versions of the new Brabus motorcycle feature a matte black tubular frame and the powerful KTM LC8 V-twin engine with a displacement of 1.3 liters, which gives its name to the special model BRABUS 1300 R. This engine produces a maximum power of 132 kW/180 HP at 9,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 140 Nm at 8,000 rpm. Catapult the Masterpiece Edition from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. The maximum speed is set at 270 km/h.

The WP semi-active suspension guarantees decidedly sporty and safe handling. In Auto mode it adapts independently to road conditions and driving style. And with the touch of a button, the rider can also manually choose between different settings, ranging from a more comfortable ride to a very firm ride suitable for riding on the race track. There are also several modes available for the engine electronics that modify power delivery in five stages, from maximum smoothness for wet roads to maximum power for racing circuits.

The sporty approach of this special model is also reflected in a tailor-made tire and wheel combination. The 17-inch Brabus Monoblock Z “Gold Platinum” wheels were developed specifically for these frames and are manufactured using state-of-the-art forging and CNC technologies. Matching its name, the Masterpiece Edition sports a gold finish. Diamond-polished sections give the nine-spoke design an even more exclusive look. The wheels are fitted with high-performance tires with exceptional grip in sizes 120/70 R 17 at the front and 200/55 R 17 at the rear.

The color combination of white or black with contrasting "Frozen Gold" is also visible on the Brabus Masterpiece Edition badges, on the fins of the side fairings and on the 'Signature Stripes' at the front and rear, as well as the rings around of the two silencers of the BRABUS sports exhaust system.

Depending on the variant chosen, the tank, tailpiece and parts of the front fender come in “Onyx Black” or “Diamond White”. And for the seat, the artisans at the Brabus upholstery workshop have covered the individual seat with fine black leather and applied a quilting pattern in "Diamond Rising" format for both color variants.

Each unit - billed at 41,930 euros (export price in Germany without VAT), slightly more than the entry-level version of the A-Class costs - is also delivered with an exclusive Brabus Masterpiece box made of carbon that is used to store the motorcycle keys. Additionally, each owner of this limited edition motorcycle will have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the Brabus Manufaktur in Bottrop.
