The Mossos d’Esquadra have arrested the alleged perpetrator of the death of a man after a fight in Ciutat Vella, in the Barceloneta neighborhood. The events occurred in Plaza del Mar before midnight on Wednesday, May 1.
The victim lost his life in a hospital due to injuries caused by the attack. The investigation has been undertaken by the Barcelona Criminal Investigation Division, which has since then been working to clarify the facts and causes of death.
The Catalan police themselves have echoed the arrest in a message on the social network X (former Twitter).
