Cumulonimbus or cumulonimbus clouds are highly vertically developed clouds, internally formed by a column of warm, humid air that rises in the form of a rotating spiral.

Its base is usually less than 2 km high while the top can reach 15 to 20 km high.

I have been able to photograph this spectacular cumulonimbus, the so-called Monster of the Skies, for La Vanguardia's Readers' Photos, unloading on Gavà beach, in Baix Llobregat.

He has left us this postcard wonder that those of us walking along the coast at that time could not stop admiring.

In this other series of photographs we can see how a beautiful cumulonimbus cloud forms around the Torre de Collserola, in Barcelona. She was beautiful!
