The lifeless body of a 41-year-old man appeared this Friday early in the morning on the Concha beach in San Sebastián.
According to municipal sources, a cleaning worker found the body around eight in the morning in the sand and notified the Municipal Guard.
At 9 a.m. the area was cordoned off, waiting for the arrival of the coroner to be able to remove the body. Shortly before 10:45 a.m. the body was removed for transfer to the Forensic Anatomical Institute where the autopsy will be performed in the next few hours.
They have also indicated that two friends of the deceased have appeared in the area and have identified the body. This is a man, of Irish nationality and 41 years old, who in his pants carried the card of the hotel where he was staying.
At the moment, the causes of death are unknown and the Municipal Guard will begin the investigation into the events.
