The Plenary of the General Council of the Judiciary will meet in extraordinary session next Tuesday 27, at 4:30 p.m., with the appointment of magistrates of the Constitutional Court as the only item on the agenda.
The call for an extraordinary plenary session has been requested by the conservative members José María Macías, Gerardo Martínez Tristán, Nuria Díaz, Juan Manuel Fernández, Wenceslao Olea and Vicente Guilarte, who will present a candidacy made up of the president of the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court, César Tolosa, and the former president of the Fourth Chamber of the high court, María Luisa Segoviano.
