The judge imputes Negreira's son for Barça payments

The number one Investigating Court of Barcelona has agreed to summon Javier Enríquez, son of the former vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees, José María Enríquez Negreira, as being investigated, as he is related to the collection of 7.3 million euros by the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees for more than fifteen years from Barcelona.

The judge has adopted this decision at the request of LaLiga, which had requested that the son of the historic number two of the referees be investigated in the case despite the fact that the Prosecutor's Office had decided to leave him out of the investigations.

On the other hand, the summary secrecy has been decreed for a month after the decision of the judges in the case. In addition, the investigation in relation to money laundering would have been extended until the year 2001, in which the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees, José María Enríquez Negreira, and his son would be related.
