The judge of the National High Court, José Luis Calama, has agreed to keep, at the disposal of the court, all the verified information dumps on the telephone terminals of the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, and the Ministers of Defence, Margarita Robles, of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, and Agriculture, Luis Planas, within the investigation for the infection of their mobiles with the Pegasus computer tool.

The judge demands the overturning of Sánchez's phones and the three spied ministers

The judge of the National High Court, José Luis Calama, has agreed to keep, at the disposal of the court, all the verified information dumps on the telephone terminals of the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, and the Ministers of Defence, Margarita Robles, of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, and Agriculture, Luis Planas, within the investigation for the infection of their mobiles with the Pegasus computer tool.

In a car, the head of the Central Court of Instruction Four agrees to issue a request to the director of the National Intelligence Center, Esperanza Casteleiro, compliance with the measure.

Calama explains that along with the complaint from the State Attorney's Office and its subsequent extension, four reports were attached regarding the analysis of the mobile devices of the Prime Minister and the three ministers in which a backup copy of the devices was made, as well as a physical dump of the disks.

“That is why the need arises to retain and preserve the effects or instruments related to the crime investigated in this case. Therefore, it is appropriate to agree on the conservation, at the disposal of this judicial body, of all the information dumps verified on the referenced telephone terminals, as well as any information that may have been extracted from them, and of all kinds of reports, whether preliminary , definitive, or of any other type, prepared for that purpose, ”indicates the judge.
