The incredible yoga posture of Cristina Pedroche, pregnant

During these years we have been able to observe how Cristina Pedroche has been making great progress in yoga, one of her favorite disciplines. She used to practice it with her teacher, Maite Aguirre, and later she became a teacher. Now, the presenter has uploaded a video to social networks that has left her followers speechless.

In the video, Pedroche appears performing an incredible posture in which he turns his head upside down and manages to extend his legs upwards. A position that many have considered dangerous considering that the presenter is pregnant. However, Pedroche has been very proud of her achievement.

“Yoga and meditation are making me live the pregnancy process with respect, awareness and love for my body. I am loving each change feeling strong and flexible, ”the presenter has written in her Instagram post.

“I do not recommend anyone who is already pregnant to try this pose. I don't think pregnancy is a time to start or try new sports/postures/disciplines. But in my case, I've been practicing for many years, nothing happens”, explains Pedroche. “Please, before doing anything, if you have any questions, it is always best to ask your gynecologist or midwife. Always. Namaste,” she adds.

The video, which has already accumulated more than 26,000 likes, has received equal parts criticism and congratulations. Some users see it as totally unnecessary for the presenter to perform these types of postures while pregnant: “I don't see the need to do it pregnant. It is not ignorance. It's common sense," writes one user.

Others, on the other hand, congratulate her on her achievement: "Bravo to you, you show us that being pregnant does not conflict with continuing to move your body." What is clear is that the collaborator of 'Zapeando' feels happy and proud of what she is achieving: "I am loving every change, feeling strong and flexible."
