From the Ministry of Equality -when it was still directed by Oltra-, suspecting that the baby could be in a situation of vulnerability, it began the procedures and informed the Public Ministry so that it could be investigated, for which the Prosecutor's Office He opened a file, a normal procedure when reports are requested to verify the situation.

The alert for the possible situation of lack of protection of minors began as a result of the conclusions of a report by the Mancomunidad de la Ribera Alta. So, based on the information collected, it was not suggested that the child was in a situation of vulnerability.
