The first sun of Les Agudes

I have captured this photograph for La Vanguardia's Readers' Photos from the summit of Matagalls watching the sunrise behind Les Agudes. Today's gift for getting up early.

With 1706 meters of altitude, Les Agudes is part of the Montseny massif. Although it is located between the regions of La Selva and Vallès Oriental, I captured the images from Vic, in the region of Osona.

Les Agudes is accessed from the south, by the forest track that goes up to Turó de l'Home, crossing the mountain pass of Coll Sesbasses and following the path that leads directly to the top of Les Agudes.

Turó de l'Home is the highest mountain of the Montseny massif, with a height of 1712 meters, above the summits of Les Agudes and El Matagalls.

The Matagalls is a mountain of 1698 meters of altitude, located between the municipalities of Brull and Viladrau in the region of Osona, and that of Montseny, in the Vallès Oriental.
