The eternal spring of Santa Maria de Palau

The church of Santa Maria de Palau wears its spring dress, a landscape that was recovered with the rains and that is still enduring after a few days of summer, as we can see in The Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia.

Santa Maria de Palau is a church with Romanesque and Baroque elements and is included in the Architectural Heritage Inventory of Catalonia.

It is found within the demarcation of Sant Esteve de Granollers de la Plana, in the municipality of Gurb, county of Osona.

Also accompanying the spring landscape around the church is a beautiful cumulonimbus in the sky, a cumulonimbus, which we can see how it evolves in the accelerated video.

Cumulonimbus or cumulonimbus are clouds of great vertical development, internally formed by a column of warm and humid air that rises in the form of a rotating spiral. Its base is usually less than 2 km high while the top can reach 15 to 20 km high.
