The final report prepared by the ACB that assesses the economic impact of holding the Copa del Rey basketball in Badalona indicates that the economic return for the city has been 15,674,734.25 euros. This figure includes both direct income and induced values. In total, direct income has been 8,935,839.75 euros, which is divided into the expenses of the organization of the event by the acb (€2,352,955), the expenses of sponsors and suppliers (€850,000) and the expenses of the attendees (€5,732,884). The amount of induced values amounts to 6,738,894.50 euros and is the result of the sum of the income from the Public Treasury (€2,920,074) and the advertising impact in the media (€3,818,820).

After the presentation of the balance of the Copa del Rey de Baloncesto 2023, the mayor visited the giant letters that form the name of Badalona and that this week have been installed on the Paseo Marítim, next to the Port.
