A few weeks ago it came to light that the singer Taylor Swift is excited again. The artist's sudden interest in American football made all eyes fall on Travis Kelce, one of the stars of the Kansas City Chiefs, who a few weeks before had made reference to one of the singer's songs during a game.
A comment that turned into a meeting and, apparently, something more. Both have been seen on several dates, in which they would presumably get to know each other better. Things seem to be going from strength to strength, because the couple can already be seen on the streets of New York, holding hands and regardless of who can see them.
Kelce faces a challenge like never before, because dating the most famous singer in the world is no easy task. However, as her entourage tells People magazine, the player is more than prepared for the task. "He is very attached to her, and very, very happy," they say.
"Taylor is not like any of the women Travis has dated before," says the 34-year-old player's entourage, who are still somewhat surprised that he is having a relationship with the singer. "It was very surprising. Some joked that he had a crush on her before the summer, but it seems he was serious."
According to this same source from the player's environment, Kelce even tried to give him his phone number when he attended one of the singer's concerts at the beginning of summer, writing it on a bracelet that he tried to give him, without success.
Despite anyone who might doubt him, he has managed to win the heart of the singer of hits like Cruel Summer. Those around them claim that they are having a great time getting to know each other, and would even have interacted with their respective groups of friends.
"Everyone gets along and has fun. They make an adorable couple," he says.
As the source around him explained, the surprise came when he saw the player with the singer, since he had always dated a different type of woman. Kelce even had her own reality show, Dating Kelce, in which 50 women from all over the United States competed to be her soulmate.
A contest won by Maya Benberry, with whom the soccer player dated for a few months after the program ended.
After Benberry, Kelce had another relationship for five years with model Kayla Nicole, until their separation in 2022.
