The Alcorcón Firefighters have intervened this Thursday in a surreal traffic accident in a parking lot in the Ensanche Sur in which a vehicle was left on top of another after hitting a tree and almost running over a pedestrian who was passing on the sidewalk.
The events occurred this Thursday morning, in an open-air car park located on Pablo Picasso street, when for reasons that are being investigated, a white Audi Q3 lost control and, after colliding with a tree, ended up climbing another car that was parked.
The Audi finished the accident with its two front wheels on the back of a Peugeot 208 that was correctly parked in the battery, as can be seen in the photographs distributed by the Alcorcón Fire Department.
The incident also affected a tree, which was completely overturned by the impact of the vehicle, and a passer-by who was passing on the sidewalk, who suffered minor injuries as he avoided being run over.
The Municipal Police of Alcorcón has taken charge of the investigation of the facts. With the help of the occupant of the vehicle and the witnesses, they look for the way in which the accident occurred, since the final position in which the cars ended up has no apparent explanation.
As they have indicated from the Police through their social networks, everything indicates that the driver of the vehicle suffered a fainting while driving, losing control and getting on the roundabout.
The driver had to be assisted by SUMMA 112 and taken to the hospital by a relative, but she has not suffered serious injuries.
