Another police statement reports that a person was arrested after being involved in a shooting that killed several people on Sunday at a large shopping mall in Copenhagen, Danish police said. "One person has been arrested in connection with the shooting at the Fields shopping center. We have no immediate opportunity to say more about the identity of this person," Copenhagen police write on Twitter.

When the first shots were heard, more than a hundred people ran out of the shopping center, according to witnesses quoted by Danish media. Police are asking those inside the building to await their arrival inside and all others to stay away from the area.

The local agents of the Danish capital gave the notice through social networks after having sent several crews warned by witnesses who have spoken of shooting and injuries. For this reason, they advised the clients of the establishment to stay inside it until the police tell them to.

About 650 meters from the Fields shopping center is also the Roya Arena pavilion, where today the British singer Harry Styles was scheduled to hold a concert for which all tickets have been sold.
