Roger Waters, the already legendary co-founder of the band Pink Floyd, has announced that he intends to retire from the stage, and that for this he will do a farewell tour in the spring/summer of next year baptized This Is Not A Drill Tour 2023, although in the poster distributed by the promoter Live Nation Spain can read Farewell Tour.

The ambitious and at the same time sad -because her art will not be able to be enjoyed in the future- will have three stops on Spanish stages. The first will be the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona on March 21, and then it will be the WiZink in Madrid that will host it on the 23rd and 24th of the same month.

After the spectacular success of the TINAD 2022 tour in North America, which includes 43 shows in 33 cities in the United States and Canada, this tour will include 41 shows in Europe, Plus this tour marks the first time that the British musician performs on a 360º stage .

The show will offer a repertoire of 20 classic songs by Pink Floyd and Roger Waters, including The dark side of the moon, Animals, Us

Waters is responsible for lead vocals, guitars, bass and piano, and will be joined on stage by Jonathan Wilson on guitars and vocals; Dave Kilminster, on guitars and vocals; Jon Carin, on keyboards, guitar and vocals; Gus Seyffert, on bass and vocals; Robert Walter, on keyboards; Joey Waronker, on drums; Shanay Johnson, on vocals; Amanda Belair, on vocals, and Seamus Blake, on saxophone.

This farewell tour is announced as something unique and exceptional, since Roger Waters has managed to combine the greatest audiovisual montage of his career with an "intimate" concert full of emotions that makes the viewer reflect.

According to the artist himself, "This Is Not A Drill is a groundbreaking new rock and roll/cinema extravaganza, it's a stunning indictment of the corporate dystopia in which we all struggle to survive, and a call to action to love, protect and share our precious and precarious planet and home.
