Rocío Carrasco planting Antonio David Flores in court

Rocío Carrasco was summoned this morning at 9:30 a.m. in the Criminal Court of Madrid to sit in the dock for an alleged crime of family abandonment. Jorge Javier Vázquez's friend has been accused of not paying the pension to her son David Flores for five years. The Prosecutor's Office asks for the daughter of Rocío Jurado a year in prison and a fine of 19,000 euros.

As many believed, Rocío Carrasco has not attended the legal appointment, while Olga Moreno's ex and her children, David Flores and Rocío Flores, have arrived on time at the hands of one of the lawyers from Iván Hernández's office.

Gloria Camila Ortega's niece was the first to arrive calmly while focusing on her mobile phone. Shortly after, Antonio David Flores appeared with his son with a carefree air.

Due to the absence of the protagonist of the docuseries Rocío, telling the truth to stay alive, the trial has been suspended. After a few minutes in the building, the Flores family quickly left the premises. ''See you later guys. I can't tell you anything," said the former Sálvame collaborator, very relieved.

For now, it is unknown when the legal process that directly accuses Carrasco will resume, but Carrasco has initiated another parallel process against the former civil guard in which the Prosecutor's Office requests four years in prison for Antonio David Flores for a punishable insolvency crime.

Fidel Albiac's wife defends that she did not receive any type of pension or income from her ex-husband at a time when their children were minors and lived with her.

In addition to defending that Flores did not comply with his part of the family agreement by paying the corresponding pension, the accusation states that Marta Riesco's ex committed alleged "illicit maneuvers" to hide that he did have enough money to fulfill his obligation.

In this procedure, Rocío Carrasco claims compensation of 80,000 euros, which she justifies as follows: 60,000 euros of the debt for not paying pensions to her children and 20,000 euros for the damages caused and late-payment interest.

Rocío Carrasco has decided not to go to the trial she had today and continue without seeing her children face to face, whom she has not seen in person for about a decade. According to her account in the documentary that she recorded for Telecinco, July 27, 2012 was the last time she saw her eldest daughter, while she said goodbye to the little one in June 2016.

On July 6, the first hearing of the trial against Antonio David Flores will be held, where Carrasco will be part of the prosecution. We will have to wait until then to see if the 'family' reunion takes place or if they continue to avoid each other as up to now.
