The neighborhood associations of Magraners, Torres de Grealó i Quatre Pilans and the Lleida Platform against the Very High Voltage line (MAT) have denounced before the Lleida City Council what they consider to be the previous works to enable a high voltage line that would pass a few meters from a block of flats on Vila-seca street in the municipality.
The residents of the area have detected in recent days the appearance of a dozen painted marks on the pavement of this road and also studies of the land where the electrical substation is planned to be installed, as explained by the vice president of the Torres de Grealó and Quatre Pilans, David Poca.
"La Paeria (the City Council) has told us that they have not authorized these works. It is a project that has not been approved," said David Poca.
