Spring returns with the rains, now that we are about to enter summer. Insects and flowers come together to offer the last natural spectacle of the spring season, as can be seen in The Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia.
A spring that, with the drought, was almost non-existent, but that, with the latest rainfall and with those that are to come, according to forecasts, is revitalizing at the last moment.
And it is that this close June 21 comes the summer solstice, which defines the beginning of the warmest months of the year, because the Sun will reach its maximum decline, projecting its light on the maximum geographical latitude of the Earth.
I have captured these images of the last throes of spring in Les Masies de Roda, Osona region. We can see, for example, a beautiful specimen of a butterfly.
We can also observe in detail the bee inside the flower or the bumblebee in flight, scenes from this spring of 2023 that is already coming to an end.
