Autumn has taken over the beech forests in Ciuret, Vidrà municipality, in the Alt Ter part of the Osona region.
Ciuret is a small village of Vidrà located in the north at the head of the river Ges and near the Sierra de Santa Magdalena. In the village, the church of Santa Llúcia stands out.
But, in La Vanguardia Readers' Photos we have looked at its beech forests. We can see that these images have as a common denominator the sun's rays entering the forest.
In Catalonia, there are well-known beech forests, even crowded in autumn, but you can also enjoy others with fewer people and even alone, such as in Berguedà or Osona.
Possibly, the best known is the beech forest of La Fageda d'en Jordà, which belongs to the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone, in Girona.
