The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has given a negative result in a covid test that has been carried out this afternoon and that ends the seven days in which he has been showing a positive viral load.
It has been Sánchez himself who has reported this through his Twitter account, detailing that "this afternoon I had a diagnostic test for covid that has given a negative result. I will resume my institutional activity in person starting tomorrow."
The leader of the Executive tested positive a week ago, disabling him from participating in a PSC act last Sunday in Gavá (Barcelona).
The covid has also prevented him from attending the Euro-Mediterranean Summit on Friday, in Alicante, as well as the closing of the La Toja Forum, in O Grove (Pontevedra), where he intervened telematically.
