Night walks through El Port de la Selva

Walking near the sea and being able to contemplate the anchored boats and, in this way, revive one of the engines that El Port de la Selva has had throughout its fishing history, is without a doubt a true privilege that transports you to times past.

The Port de la Selva transports us in The Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia to the shores of the Mediterranean, in the Alt Empordà. It is located in the northern part of Cap de Creus, on the Costa Brava.

The climate is Mediterranean, temperate and humid, where the winds are of great importance, especially the north wind, which is the best known.

The beaches are another great attraction of Port de la Selva, all with clean and crystalline waters, where we can see the reflection of the houses and the lights at night.

As a good town on the Costa Brava, the presence of boats and boats in its port is an essential part of its daily landscape.

Port de la Selva lives facing the sea and walking along its promenade at night allows you to come into contact with the ancestral communion with the Mediterranean. And, during the day, the light seems to merge with the sea, with the boats always bearing witness.
