Movistar joins Jumbo-Visma in the O Gran Camiño cartel

A Coruña, Dec 16 (EFE) by Roglic and Sepp Kuss on the bill for O Gran Camiño, the professional cycling tour of Galicia that will face its second edition at the end of February.

The only Spanish World Tour team will defend the victory of the first edition in the Galician round, in which Alejandro Valverde, winner of the general classification and the queen stage, prevailed.

Now, he will return without Alejandro Valverde, recently retired and will have Jumbo-Visma as the main opponent for the title, a team that finished the 2022 campaign as number one in the UCI (International Cycling Union) rankings.

O Gran Camiño 2023 will be held from February 23 to 26 and will have a stage in each of the four Galician provinces.
