More Madrid conspires to recover Madrid "kidnapped from Ayuso"

More Madrid has filled the Plaza Mayor of the capital this Saturday in an act in which it has demanded an effort from its militancy to reach one million votes with which to recover Madrid "kidnapped from Ayuso". "This formation was not born to lead the opposition but to govern", their leaders have exclaimed.

The Más Madrid candidate for the region's Presidency, Mónica García, has called for the participation of the progressive electorate: "We have a challenge this week: reach one million votes. We are going to surprise Ayuso to pack his bags and get the best Madrid you can imagine", he exclaimed at his party's central campaign event.

García, who has closed a central campaign event for his party -and which has brought together more than 3,500 people- has contrasted "public health, social benefits and the ecological transition" with "Blackstone, Fidere, the betting houses, the scams and bites, the little pots on the balconies" of the PP. And he has affirmed that the region "does not belong to the vulture funds or to the commission agents of the golf courses" but to the people of Madrid.

Along the same lines, the Más Madrid candidate for mayor of the capital, Rita Maestre, has expressed herself, who has assured that this 28-M Madrid society is at stake that "the PP continues to shape this city to its liking" or "if we got rid of the worst party that has governed this city" and "we achieved a greener, fairer and more equal future for all the people of Madrid".

Previously, the leader of Más País, Íñigo Errejón, has taken advantage of his turn to urge "defeat the campaign of fear at the polls" and, in exchange, win that "the right to happiness and tranquility does not depend on the postal code or from your checking account.

"We are the political force that represents the alternative in Madrid", Errejón has defended against others who only "talk about themselves, about their party". In Más Madrid they talk about "everyday life, about the things that matter, about the problems of working people." "That is why the campaign is becoming short for us and for the PP very long, with an Almeida who no longer knows where to hide and wants him to vote tomorrow for his absolute nothing, although he will have to explain the gift with bites to some rascals to buy himself yachts, watches and expensive cars".
