Meloni's strange video to ask for the vote: appears on TikTok with two melons

The attitude of far-right Giorgia Meloni during election day is proving to be the least surprising. First thing in the morning she has decided not to show up at the polling station, delaying her vote until evening. Hours later, she has appeared on TikTok with an amazing video that has already gone viral.

In the recording, barely five seconds long, Meloni leaves a very brief message: “September 25. It's all been said." The most surprising thing, however, is how she appears: carrying two melons at chest height. The video has spread through TikTok and has achieved millions of views.

The majority of candidates have voted this morning, although Meloni will not vote until tonight. The far-right had planned to vote this morning in Rome, but she has finally changed the schedule until late in the day due to the crush of photographers and reporters waiting for her at her polling station.

Meloni, 45, who was going to vote at 11:00 local time (9:00 GMT), wants to "prevent voters from being able to vote calmly due to the massive presence of the media" and has decided to delay his vote from at 10:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m. GMT), local media reported.
