Marina de Empresas will host intensive digital and technological development courses in Valencia

Escuela de Empresarios, EDEM, and the digital talent accelerator The Bridge have signed a collaboration agreement for the delivery of technological bootcamps (training courses) at the Marina de Empresas facilities. The alliance pursues, they say from EDEM, to reduce the existing digital divide by promoting the training of Valencians in digital and technological skills with more employability and demand within the labor market.

Thus, from January 2023 EDEM classrooms will host these intensive development programs in fields such as cybersecurity, data science, software development or digital product design.

As Iker Arce, founder and CEO of The Bridge, explains, "with this alliance we intend to multiply our impact and contribute to the digitization of talent on a much larger scale."

For her part, Elena Fernández, general director of EDEM, assures that "this agreement will allow us to help society to train more and better in digital and technological skills, so necessary and in demand in today's companies."

EDEM and The Bridge will offer four bootcamps in Valencia: Full Stack Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity and UX/UI Product Design. The first edition begins on January 30 and registration is now open for all those interested.

The requirements to be a student of the bootcamps are three: to be of legal age at the end of the program, to have a high school education or equivalent at the beginning of the program, and to pass the admission process. With the aim of publicizing the different bootcamps, EDEM will host an Open Day on January 12 with managers from both institutions.
