Last Saturday, a presentation in honor of crowds brought together about 250 people in the political presentation of the candidacy of Marián Gómez Tellez, better known as Marian Gote on social networks, as a candidate to lead the socialist list in Canet de Mar for the upcoming municipal elections in 2023.
Gómez had the full institutional support of the socialist party structure of the region and the president of the Congress of Deputies, Meritxell Batet. During their official presentation at a massive event attended by 250 people, they also announced the slogan chosen for the campaign: 'Ara Canet'.
The socialist candidate insisted on the need to "open a new political stage to overcome this gray stage" in Canet de Mar, once she contrasted "any emotion between the government team and the population has been exhausted". According to Marian Gómez, the three main axes that the PSC has set for municipal action should be security, cleanliness and maintenance. "If you fight, wanting is power" she sentenced.
