With only 25 minutes, Guillem Albà has enough to put the public in his pocket. An audience that laughs, smiles and is moved by the show Ma solitude. The artist from Vilanova i la Geltrú premieres in High Season.
"I had done some preview, but I wanted to premiere the show in Girona," he explains. A show where Albà appears with only a suitcase, but it is a continent full of surprises.
The poetic clown has enough with music and with a glove puppet and finger puppets. With these elements he creates a whole world, exportable to half the world, since the duration of 25 minutes works very well in international theater festivals.
You can't tell much more, you have to go. Now that L'Estaquirot, the puppet company of Guillem Albà's parents, will celebrate half a century of life, the artist returns to his family origins with this Ma solitude, which is a very well-accompanied piece.
This show premiered in the room above La Planeta, while on the ground floor, Azkona-Toloza made the stones speak with Canto mineral. The proposal by Laida Azkona Goñi and Txalo Toloza-Fernández explores the vitality of stones, mountains and ranges.
A poetic approximation to the most telluric part of the Earth, where the magma that flows from the volcanoes, although with a vital rhythm much longer than that of human beings, is a source of life and reflection.
