Luis Enrique revolutionizes the eleven of Spain to face Portugal

Spain only needs to beat Portugal in Braga on Tuesday to get into the final four of the UEFA Nations League. For such an important appointment, the Spanish coach, Luis Enrique, has decided to revolutionize the starting eleven with seven new features compared to the team that lost (1-2) last Saturday against Switzerland in Zaragoza.

Goalkeeper Unai Simón, central defender Pau Torres and strikers Pablo Sarabia and Ferran Torres are the only ones who repeat. The Asturian coach has opted for a totally new midfield, especially physical, with Rodri, Koke and Carlos Soler. The Barça midfielders Busquets, Gavi and Pedri fell from the start.

In the defensive line, both César Azpilicueta and Eric Garcia have dropped out of the squad and Madridista Carvajal has entered, who will share defense with Pau Torres and Valencianistas José Luis Gayá and Hugo Guillamón. Jordi Alba, scorer of the goal against the Swiss, will start from the bench.

Regarding the offensive part, the only novelty is that of Álvaro Morata. The Atlético de Madrid player will be the main argument for 'the red' to find the mordant they lacked against Switzerland. Marco Asensio was at the forefront against the Swiss, while the player from Madrid did not play a single minute at La Romareda.

In this way, Spain will play the pass to its second final four of the Nations League with the following eleven players: Unai Simón; Dani Carvajal, Hugo Guillamón, Pau Torres, José Luis Gayá; Rodri, Koke Resurrection, Carlos Soler; Ferran Torres, Alvaro Morata and Pablo Sarabia

For its part, the Portugal of Fernando Santos, group leader and which is worth a tie for this in the final four, comes out with the following starting eleven: Diogo Costa; Joao Cancelo, Ruben Dias, Danilo Pereira, Nuno Mendes; Bruno Fernandes, Ruben Neves, Willian Carvalho; Bernando Silva, Diogo Jota and Cristiano Ronaldo.
