Little water and much haze in the Sau reservoir

Little water and much dust in suspension in the Sau swamp, as we see in Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia, with the reference church of Sant Romà in this reservoir of the Ter river basin, in the Osona region.

The Sau reservoir is at 19% of its capacity, the rains have not been enough to recover an acceptable water level.

These images have been captured with the first lights of the sun, which appears dull among a hazy sky characteristic of these days.

Haze is a meteorological phenomenon that occurs due to the presence of Saharan dust in the atmosphere and is increasingly present.

The church of Sant Romà de Sau, with its beautiful Lombard style, has not been submerged in water for a long time; on the contrary, when you can photograph it reflected in the swamp water, a bad sign. The drought persists.
