Little snow but good views in Tossa d'Alp

In this series of photographs in Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia we can admire the good views in Tossa d'Alp, although with little snow.

La Tossa is a mountain of 2535 meters located to the east of the Sierra del Moixeró, on the border between Baixa Cerdanya and Berguedà.

It so happens that at the top of this peak the territories of four municipalities (Alp, Urús, Das and Bagà) converge, for which reason its summit is also known as Pedró dels Quatre Batlles (Pedró de los Cuatro Alcaldes).

At its top we find the Niu de l'Aliga refuge, which has a cafeteria, restaurant, toilets and panoramic views from its windows and terrace. On its slopes there are two ski resorts: La Masella on the north face and La Molina on the east face.

In good snow season conditions, La Molina Masella (Alp 2500) allows you to ski at the two stations simultaneously, which are linked via the Cadí-Moixeró gondola, via La Molina. And, also, by the Jumbo Tosa chairlift and the Tosa ski lift, on the Masella side.

The Coll de Pal separates Tossa d'Alp in the east from the Puigllançada, a mountain of 2,409 meters that is located in the municipality of Bagà, in the Berguedà.
