Jarvis Cocker's band will not be the only ones who will repeat on the spring lineup. The Texans Shellac will return their math rock to a festival that will once again feature Yo la Tengo, Arab Strap, Ferran Palau, Mujeres or He Killed a Motorized Policeman.
