Junts warns that ERC generates instability in the Government by not complying with the investiture agreement

"What generates instability in the Government is that the agreements are breached by the ERC." The spokesman for Junts, Josep Rius, today pointed to the Republicans as the cause of the tensions in the Catalan executive, understanding that they are not developing the key aspects of the legislature pact to advance in the process towards independence. JxCat has recalled that in the meetings that will begin today to redirect government relations between the partners there are three fundamental issues to address: a strategic direction on independence, a common front in the Congress of Deputies and that the dialogue table be a negotiating table that addresses self-determination and amnesty.

These are the "concrete proposals" that Junts has and that must be dealt with in the near horizon of the general policy debate that will be held this September in order to redirect relations. Some proposals that the spokesman stressed are part of the legislature agreement and that, according to the audit carried out since the formation of the Government's operation to evaluate its continuity, have not been implemented.

At this start of the political year and with the decision of President Pere Aragonès not to attend the Diada demonstration, JxCat has called for the streets to be filled on September 11. The ministers of this party as well as its leadership in full will attend the demonstration called by the ANC. Regarding the absence of the president, Rius has pointed out that respect for a "personal" decision.

The executive meeting also discussed the strategy to be followed by Parliament in the face of the suspension of Laura Borràs and the postconvergents have announced that they will present a proposal to reform the regulation, taking as a reference the UN resolution against the suspension of the independence leaders as deputies before being sentenced. Likewise, the presentation of an amparo appeal before the Constitutional Court against the suspension of Borràs is being studied as a preliminary step to go to the European Court of Human Rights
