The CEO of Cuatrecasas, Jorge Badía, has died this Sunday in Barcelona at the age of 59 for reasons that are still unknown.
Badía was the top manager of the firm and led the strategic development of the firm after holding internal management positions for three decades. As an expert lawyer in litigation and arbitration, he acted as an advisor in complex corporate disputes.
It was in 2019 when he became CEO of Cuatrecasas, thanks to the support of the firm's board of partners. He previously held the position of general manager of the firm.
