It was a surprise video, full of emotion and thanks to all those who have accompanied him, to celebrate that he can speak with hardly any difficulties, with a voice like a "radio announcer at two in the morning", joked the chef.
About seven or eight years ago he lost his voice completely. During this time, she has had voice peaks that have come and gone and, now, as we could see in a video that Roca shared through her Instagram, it seems that she is getting a little better every time. The chef expressed that he has been improving his speech and that he can now speak "almost effortlessly." "When something like what happened to me happens to you, it is very difficult to recover the thread of the voice. It may even be that tomorrow I will not have a voice again," warned the pastry chef. Although, with a positive attitude, he did not hesitate to seize the moment: "Today that I have a voice, I want to thank all the people who have been by my side during all this time."
