After many years fighting, Yuyee, Frank Cuesta's ex-wife, was released from prison in 2020. Little by little, she has been recovering her life, although there are things that have changed a lot. Frank Cuesta has told in El Hormiguero how his ex-wife is currently.
Yuyee took refuge in her children after her release. "I evaporated. They told me that the best thing was to leave her alone with the children and I did that," said Frank Cuesta. Despite the work they have done, Frank has confessed that she "has many flaws."
It was a total of six long years that she was locked up, although her initial sentence was 15 years. It all happened in 2014, when Yuyee Alissa Intusmith, her full name, when she was arrested and jailed for alleged cocaine trafficking.
"He has a lot of fears left," said the guest. "When he arrived he had trouble sleeping, something that is more or less normal, but he also had a lot of fears. He would get scared if he heard a plane, if he saw a policeman...", he added.
Yuyee is aware of the support that Pablo Motos has given her from El Hormiguero. For this reason, Frank Cuesta's ex-wife wanted to send a message of thanks to the entire team of the Antena 3 program through a video.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Pablo Motos and his team for publicizing the unjust prison sentence that I had to serve. I have felt your support at all times and I will be eternally grateful to you," he stated in a video .
