The acts of which he is accused were committed between 2006 and 2008 in the town of Lodz (Poland), when the convicted person was a member of a criminal organization dedicated to committing crimes related to large-scale drug trafficking and his role was to purchase the substances. narcotic and psychotropic drugs and then sell them.

The arrested man, who was on the run from justice in his country, was wanted for a crime of drug trafficking and was sentenced to a prison sentence of five years and seven months, of which he still has to serve four years and ten months.
