Flats from 20,000 euros: this is the new website with auctions of the Tax Agency

The Tax Agency has launched a website in which it collects properties at auction from all over Spain to facilitate taxpayer access to flats, houses or premises that are in the middle of a public process.

The tool, presented this week by the Treasury, includes homes, plots, storage rooms and parking lots that have already been published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). The main portal is hosted by the Tax Agency, although a mobile app has also been created. In no case is it necessary to register to consult the entries.

The assets can be filtered by type, value and province "to quickly and easily locate any property that suits the needs of the interested party," as noted. A map that locates them has also been enabled, as a search alternative.

Auctions are quite spread throughout the country. Thus, it can be seen that Almería and Málaga, with 21 properties, are the ones that have the most auctions going on. They are followed by Madrid, with 20, Valladolid, with 18, Cádiz, with 16, and Barcelona (12).

Taking a look at the properties, in the province of Barcelona 50% of the property of a flat in Esplugues of about 86 m² valued at 84,600 euros is being auctioned; a house in Vilanova i la Geltrú of 75 m² valued at 112,000 euros; a house in Terrassa of 45 m² valued at 79,740 euros...

Moving on to Madrid, the cheapest home at auction is in San Fernando de Henares, with a value of 20,450 euros, but it is a bare property. There is also an embargo of 29% of a house in Boadilla del Monte valued at 125,000 euros or a house in Móstoles valued at 136,000 euros.

Alicante is one of the provinces where the most homes are auctioned, although it is about 60 m² homes that mostly do not drop below 367,000 euros in value. One of the opportunities seen on the portal is a second floor in Vilareal (Castellón) with a valuation of 21,000 euros, but carries loads for 40,500 euros; or a house in Valladolid for 15,700, although it also carries loads of 36,300 euros.

As for the rest of the properties, in Barcelona there are premises from 64,000 euros to almost 600,000, storage rooms from 12,000 euros and garages of up to 30,000 euros. In Madrid, premises with freehold start at 23,000, in Almería there are garages for 7,000 euros, Jaén has plots from 15,000 euros, in Murcia there are homes valued at 80,000 euros...

Bearing in mind that these are properties with some type of problem with the Tax Agency, it will always be necessary to read the fine print, such as the charges they carry or the percentage of property that is accessed in the auction.

In the event that there is no property that meets the characteristics sought, alerts can be configured for when an auction that meets the user's requirements starts. "It will notify the interested party when an auction that meets these criteria begins," they explain at the Tax Agency. For these alerts, it will be necessary to identify yourself with Cl@ve PIN, certificate or electronic DNI depending on the access channel.

Apart from the new portal and the application, a telephone service has been set up "so that those interested in participating in the auctions can resolve their doubts throughout the procedure." With the number 91 598 63 34, it will attend from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday on working days.
