Feijóo urges the PP parliamentarians to

Already installed in Madrid, where he has begun the registration process, and taken possession of his seat in the Upper House, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has chaired a meeting in the Senate with the group of parliamentarians from his party whom he has urged to "rebel against sanchismo and populism".

The national leader of the PP has outlined before the deputies, senators and MEPs of his party, the main lines of his opposition work.

And, with his sights set on the next electoral calendar, he has accused the Government of Pedro Sánchez of having abdicated its functions and obligations to its citizens "because it does not govern - its partners do -, it is indebting the country without control, lies with the economic forecasts and sacrifices even the institutions of the State to win a few more months in the presidency".

To reverse it, the Galician has defended an "adult" parliamentarism and an "honest" opposition without avoiding any possibility of debating with Sánchez, whom he has made ugly for turning politics into a "theater" because first he "insults" his party but then He asks you for support. "Don't count on me", he has warned.

When the controversy generated by the coalition partner of the PP in the Junta de Castilla y León, Feijóo has warned his followers that the representation chambers are not a social network in which to compete in zascas. "I hope that you contribute to dignifying Spanish parliamentarism with the tone that most Spaniards use at home and at work, and that you do not fall into the forms of the Government or that of its partners for a matter of operability".

"The goal," he continued, "is not to stand out, but rather to propose things and help improve society," he pointed out to his followers whom he warned of his priorities: "I prefer a reasoned criticism to a striking headline. And I will value it more a correct amendment to the General State Budget than an ingenious tweet".

Feijóo has reminded his followers that the last general elections placed the PP in the opposition and that is why he has called on all its members to redouble their efforts so that, in the next appointment with the polls, they can "win by convincing".

The national leader believes that the Popular Party should not limit itself to showing the truths that sanchismo tries to cover up, but that it should also teach what the alternative paths are and explain the recipes of its formation in all corners of Spain, putting planning before improvisation of a government that has already marked the countdown to evict Moncloa.
