The Tast a la Rambla returns to Barcelona with the participation of the most renowned restaurants and gastronomic bars of the Catalan capital. However, this year the name of the event will not be entirely true to reality because due to the works that are currently being carried out in the Rambla de Santa Mónica, this time it will be held in Plaza Cataluña.
Despite the change in location, the event has not lost its strength and will bring together some thirty of the best restaurants and gastronomic bars in the city between June 8 and 11. In addition, there will also be a presence of other establishments, including six pastry shops or spaces focused on wine.
This year's edition will also feature several showcookings, or live cooking samples by leading chefs, which will bring visitors closer to the gastronomy of places in Spain as different as Lanzarote, Castilla-La Mancha, Asturias or Murcia, among others. .
However, these activities will not leave aside the tastings of the different products and gastronomic creations, which give the festival its name. In this way, diners will also be able to savor wines and beers, for example, and even participate in a blind tasting organized by ONCE.
