Former US President Donald Trump has been the surprise guest of the Viva22 that Vox celebrates this weekend in Madrid with a message of support for the party.
With a video recorded on board a plane, Trump has thanked Santiago Abascal for "the incredible work he does." “We are all experiencing a unique situation. We have to make sure that we defend the borders, the conservative agenda", he added in the video that has been projected before the Vox supporters gathered in the MadCool space in Madrid.
The attendees applauded the words of the former US president, who also stated that "Spain is a great country and we want it to continue to be" to later return the "congratulations" to Abascal.
