Crèdit Andorrà has been recognized as the Best Digital Bank and Best CSR Bank in Andorra 2023 by the international publication Global Banking
The awards, which are awarded to the global banking and financial community, honor innovation, strategy and progressive and inspiring changes carried out by financial institutions around the world.
In this way, Crèdit Andorrà once again receives an award thanks to its commitment to integrating digitalization into processes, products and services, and promoting its commitment to sustainability linked to its banking and financial activity.
The entity develops a digital banking strategy focused on promoting new digital models and remote customer relations. This digital transformation focused on the customer and their new needs focuses on increasing the functionalities of e-Crèdit online banking, boosting the offer and commercial operations through the digital channel and, ultimately, improving usability and the omnichannel experience.
Thanks to this effort to promote digital channels, 55% of Crèdit Andorrà customers are digital and 70% of accesses to online banking are made through mobile phones.
In the area of corporate responsibility, the award reaffirms the entity's commitment to incorporating sustainability into the management model and business strategy. The bank advances by including environmental, social and good governance (ASG) aspects in its activity, as a pioneer entity in the Principality, being the first and only one that is a member of the UNEP FI Principles of Responsible Banking.
It is the fourth year that Crèdit Andorrà has received the award for Best Digital Bank in Andorra, and the ninth year for Best Bank in CSR.
