The National Police have arrested the parents of a few-month-old girl in Madrid, since the parent sexually assaulted the baby, while the mother exchanged child pornography files.
As reported by the Police this Tuesday on social networks, the father also used different social networks and messaging services to obtain and share the illicit material, police sources said. In the search of his home, evidence of downloading and disseminating child pornography was found.
The arrested person, who had already been detained previously for similar events, recorded videos in which he allegedly sexually assaulted the baby, in addition to offering her in conversations for sexual relations, indicated the National Police.
The mother of the minor was also arrested, who allegedly exchanged child pornography files with her partner and father of the girl.
After the arrest, the agents notified social services due to the poor conditions of the home, which removed custody from the parents weeks later.
The detainee was brought before the court, which ordered him to be placed in provisional prison. The operation was developed by agents from the Central Cybercrime Unit, in collaboration with the US Homeland Security Investigations.
