Cloud chimney in Sant Antoni de Calonge

In Sant Antoni de Calonge, in the Baix Empordà region, the dawn transmitted to us today with these spectacular clouds a good dose of positive energy, as if it were a true tornado of life. Nothing is superior to nature.

As can be seen in the photograph we see in La Vanguardia's Readers' Photos, the reddish cloud rises above the block of houses as if it were smoke from a chimney.

Sant Antoni de Calonge is part of Calonge. It lives facing the Mediterranean Sea, so its promenade is very important for citizen life.

It is one of the tourist destinations on the Costa Brava, where the towns follow one after the other following the coastline, dotted with coves and small bays where fishing boats find refuge.

The two main centers of the population are Calonge and Sant Antoni. The first was born around the castle, while Sant Antoni was the fishing center, which later became an important tourist center.

The cloud is colored by the candilazo, a meteorological phenomenon in which the clouds in the sky show a wide palette of colors ranging from pink to the most intense orange.
