Brussels approves that PLD and NBIM buy a logistics warehouse in Sant Boi

The European Commission (EC) has given the green light this Friday to the joint purchase of a logistics facility in Sant Boi de Llobregat, in Barcelona, ​​by the real estate managers PLD; from USA; and NBIM, from Norway.

"The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not raise competition concerns, due to its limited impact on the market," the Community Executive said in a statement.

PLD (Prologis, L.P.) owns, operates and develops real estate, primarily for industrial purposes, in Asia, Europe and the United States, while NBIM manages the Norwegian Government Global Pension Fund on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, focusing on investments at worldwide, including real estate investments in Europe, Japan and North America.
