Laura Borràs used her account as President of the Parliament (@mhp_LauraBorras) on Twitter again last Friday, despite the fact that she has been suspended from her duties since July 28.
That day the Catalan Chamber agreed, in application of the regulations, to suspend Borràs from his rights and duties, who has been formally accused of embezzlement for his management at the head of the Institució de les Lletres Catalanes. Borràs' suspension was approved with the votes of the representatives of the PSC, ERC and the CUP. Her party, Junts, is totally opposed to this decision.
Borràs used this Twitter account that responds to the "official profile of the president of the Parliament of Catalonia" and that links directly to a page of the Chamber in which she still appears as president. Despite the days that have passed since her suspension, this page on the official website of the Parlament includes a biography of Borràs, her interviews and speeches. Nothing hints that she is suspended from her duties.
