My "Producto" teacher (that's the name of the subject on ingredients) at the Escola Superior d'Hostaleria de Barcelona started his first class on mushrooms with a short, wise, forceful sentence: "All mushrooms are edible. At least once."

Until then I knew little about mushrooms. Well, I still know little, but at least I have a clearer idea of ​​how much I don't know. The point is that I barely knew the two or three that are always in the supermarket, and that's because it says the name on the label.

After those classes (it is not possible to cover even the slightest thing that there is to know about mushrooms in a few hours) I discovered that the world of mushrooms is a wonderful world. And no, I'm not talking about “magic” mushrooms.
