In Tarragona street, at Diputación street, a provisional bridge for pedestrians will be installed to facilitate passage over the route, while the restriction lasts, and to cross Espanya square, in the Llobregat-Besòs direction or vice versa, It can be done through the underground corridors of the subway.

The Guàrdia Urbana recommends that people who want to go to the circuit to see it choose a point from the entire itinerary and stay at that same point, because "all points are good".

Taking into account that the celebration of the Vuelta coincides this weekend with the return from vacation operation and 247,000 vehicles are expected to return to the Catalan capital, the City Council has asked citizens to advance their return as far as possible to avoid restrictions.
