Barcelona - Manchester City: schedule and where to watch the friendly in favor of the fight against ALS today on TV

Barça will have an interweek test after the first two games of La Liga Santander against Manchester City. Pep Guardiola's men will visit the Spotify Camp Nou in a match in favor of the fight against ALS, promoted by Juan Carlos Unzué.

Guardiola's City, hosted in Girona, arrive at the Camp Nou after their first puncture of the season, a 3-3 draw against Newcastle that they rescued with a brilliant reaction between minutes 61 and 64, an interval in which they scored two goals. Xavi's team, meanwhile, beat Real Sociedad with a resounding 1-4 and Robert Lewandowski made his debut, twice, as a scorer in Spain.

Barça and City will face each other in a duel with various points of interest, among rumors that place Bernardo Silva in the orbit of the Barça team, as the club's next target before the transfer market closes. The match will start this Wednesday, August 24, at 9:30 p.m. (Spanish time). It can be seen live through the DAZN platform and minute by minute can be followed on the La Vanguardia website.

This friendly match is much more than a match. It is a tribute to the solidarity, to the cause of exporter and coach Juan Carlos Unzué, who a little over two years ago was diagnosed with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), a neurodegenerative disease that he currently does not care for. Tickets can be purchased on the Blaugrana club's website at prices ranging between 19 and 99 euros for regular and VIP seats, respectively. On the same website you can also make donations to the Luzón Foundation through a Row 0.
